Description
The LTC2920 is a power supply margining controller that allows for precise adjustment of power supply output voltages for automated PCB testing. It uses a single resistor to set the voltage margining current, which is adjustable over a 400:1 range. The LTC2920-1 is a single margining controller, while the LTC2920-2 has two independently controllable margining channels. Both feature a trimmed on-board voltage reference, resulting in typical power supply margining accuracy of better than 0.4%.
