For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 200kHz~2.2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3.4V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.97V.
