LT1940LEFE#PBF Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. There are 16 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER, it is a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. A total of 2 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1.1MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3.6V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.25V. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 7V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 5V as the nominal input voltage.
