Space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~100°C TJ when operating. 100kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.244V volts. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 1.25A Switch, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 1.25A Switch.
