Description
The LT1070/LT1071 are monolithic high-power switching regulators that can operate in various switching configurations, including buck, boost, flyback, forward, inverting, and "Cuk." They feature an integrated high-current, high-efficiency switch, oscillator, control, and protection circuitry. The integration of all functions allows for a compact and robust design in a standard 5-pin TO-220 power package.
