Description
LinkSwitch-TN is a cost-effective, energy-efficient off-line switcher IC designed to replace linear and capacitor-fed power supplies. It integrates a 700 V power MOSFET, oscillator, control scheme, current source, frequency jittering, current limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry. The device operates from a wide input voltage range (85-265 VAC) and provides output currents up to 360 mA.

Tight tolerances and negligible temperature variation

Supports buck, buck-boost, and flyback topologies
System-level thermal overload, output short-circuit, and open control loop protection
