LM62BIM3/NOPB Overview
Safety-protected analog sensors are packed in the Cut Tape (CT). It is important to protect analog sensors by packaging them in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. It is necessary for proper operation of this sensor to have 3 pins. This electronic part has 3 terminations. It should provide a DC voltage of 10V at its maximum. A magnetic switch, however, can supply a voltage as low as 2.7V when used in a DC circuit. If the GND terminal is grounded, the GND current should flow 82μA. Sensors can function with 82μA current nominally. When optimum performance is desired, the sensor output should be 10mA.
