LM5165YDRCT Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 10 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~150°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of Up to 600kHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 150mA, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 150mA. 65V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V to meet the operation requirements. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the LM5165 family of voltage regulator 12vs. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 3.3V volts. During switching regulator operation, 10 pins are used. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 3.3V at the very least. Voltage regulator consumes 10μA A of quiescent current without being affected by outside forces. Switching regulators with the ALSO OPERATES IN PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE feature are more efficient and stable than those without.
