Texas Instruments LM5071MT-80

Description
The LM5071 is a power interface port and pulse width modulation (PWM) controller designed for Powered Devices (PD) in Power over Ethernet (PoE) systems. It features an 80V, 400mA internal MOSFET for a fully IEEE 802.3af compliant interface. The LM5071 integrates all power sequencing requirements between the controller interface and switch mode power supply (SMPS).
