Description
The STL6997S1 is a high-efficiency step-down controller designed for low-voltage operations. It can regulate output voltages as low as 0.6V and operates with an input voltage range of 1V to 35V. The constant on-time topology ensures fast load transient response, and the embedded voltage feed-forward provides nearly constant switching frequency operation.
