Overview
Description
The STL6386E is a high-voltage device manufactured with BCD "off-line" technology. It features a driver structure that enables independent referenced channel power MOS or IGBT. The high-side (floating) section can work with voltage rails up to 600 V. The logic inputs are CMOS/TTL compatible for ease of interfacing with controlling devices.
