Dual full bridge for motor control applications
BCD technology
Drives both windings of a bipolar stepper motor or two DC motors
High-efficiency phase shift chopping
Low current ripple at low current control levels
Ideal for stepper and DC motors
Dual DMOS full bridge
Sustains up to 40V
Includes diodes for current recirculation
Output current capability: 1.2A per winding (continuous mode)
Peak start-up current: 1.5A
