Description
The SPS product family is designed for offline SMPS with minimal external components. It consists of a high-voltage power SENSEFET and a current mode PWM IC. The PWM controller features an integrated fixed frequency oscillator, under voltage lock-out, leading edge blanking, optimized gate turn-on/turn-off driver, thermal shutdown protection, overvoltage protection, and temperature compensated precision current sources for loop compensation and fault protection circuitry.
