The OIDT System Clock for Embedded AMDbased Systems (9EPRS475) is a 56pin TSSOP device designed for use in AMD M690T/780E systems. It features:
2 Greyhoundcompatible K8 CPU pairs
2 lowpower differential SouthBridge SRC pairs
4 lowpower differential SRC pairs
3 lowpower differential ATIG pairs
Selectable 100MHz lowpower differential/66MHz singleended HTT clock
2 48MHz USB clocks
3 14.318MHz Reference clocks
Spread Spectrum for EMI reduction
Outputs may be disabled via SMBus
External crystal load capacitors for maximum frequency accuracy
PCI Express Generation 2.0 compliant
Features
CPU outputs cycletocycle jitter < 150ps
SRC outputs cycletocycle jitter < 125ps
ATIG outputs cycletocycle jitter < 125ps
/ 300ppm frequency accuracy on CPU, SRC, and ATIG clocks
