Description
The ICL7665S is a super CMOS micropower over/under voltage detector that features two individually programmable voltage detectors on a single chip. It requires only 3μA for operation, making it suitable for battery-operated systems and instruments. The trip points and hysteresis of the detectors are programmable via external resistors, and an internal bandgap reference provides an accurate threshold voltage.

2% threshold accuracy (ICL7665SA)
Dual comparator with precision internal reference
100ppm/°C temperature coefficient of threshold voltage
100% tested at 2V
Output current sinking ability up to 20mA
Individually programmable upper and lower trip voltages and hysteresis levels
Pb-Free available (RoHS Compliant)
