Description
The HV809 is an offline high-voltage EL lamp driver IC designed for driving EL lamps up to 350 nF at 400 Hz. It operates with an input supply voltage of up to 200V DC and provides an AC square wave output with a peak-to-peak voltage of twice the input voltage. The HV809 features two internal oscillators, a low-voltage output linear regulator, and a high-voltage output H-bridge.
