Fairchild/ON Semiconductor FT8010UMX
- Part Number:
- FT8010UMX
- Manufacturer:
- Fairchild/ON Semiconductor
- Ventron No:
- 3269472-FT8010UMX
- Description:
- IC RESET TIMER CONF DELAY 10UMLP
- Datasheet:
- FT8010UMX
Description
The FT8010 is a timer designed for resetting mobile devices where extended reset times are necessary. The extended time delay minimizes unintentional resets caused by accidental key presses. Two delay options are available by configuring the DSR pin: 7.5 ±20% seconds or 11.25 ±20% seconds.
The FT8010 features two identical inputs for single or dual-switch resetting capabilities. It provides two outputs: a push-pull output with 0.5 mA drive and an open-drain output with 0.5 mA pull-down drive.
The FT8010 consumes minimal Icc current when inactive and operates over a wide power supply range of 1.65 V to 5.0 V.
Features
Long delay configurable to 7.5 or 11.25 seconds
Primary and secondary input reset pins
Push-pull and open-drain output pins
1.8 V to 5.0 V operation (TA=-40°C to 85°C)
1.7 V to 5.0 V operation (Tx=-25°C to 85°C)
1.65 V to 5.0 V operation (TA 0°C to 85°C)
Packaged in 10-Lead UMLP (1.4 mm x 1.8 mm) and 8-Lead MLP (2.0 mm x 2.0 mm) Packages
Applications
Mobile devices
Resetting systems where long reset times are required
Preventing accidental resets caused by key presses
