FDMF6820A Overview
In order to package H bridge, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.In an effort to save money, H bridge is included in the 40-PowerTFQFN package.Based on the supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured.H bridge circuit is put into place in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge's operating temperature enables -40°C~150°C TJ to function normally.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including Synchronous Buck Converters.The board is mounted using Surface Mount.Full bridge also possesses Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag as a specific characteristic.To terminate a transmission line with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the line, 43 terminations are employed.As H bridge ic of a signal interface, 40 pins are used as pronged contacts.The FDMF6820 base H bridge ic number is the key to finding more related H bridge ics.This H bridge operates with a voltage of 5V.It is a kind of electronic H-bridge belonging to the XS? DrMOS series.The maximum load current that power supply can provide at a specified ambient temperature reaches 60A.The output pins and the power supply pins are conducting 60A current.It is equipped with outputs in the form of 1.To ensure high efficiency, the operating supply voltage is maintained at 5V.H-bridge is possible to integrate 2 drivers into the system.

The XS™ DrMOS family is Fairchild’s next-generation, fully optimized, ultra-compact, integrated MOSFET plus driver power stage solution for high-current, high-frequency, synchronous buck DC-DC applications. The FDMF6820A integrates a driver IC, two power MOSFETs, and a bootstrap Schottky diode into a thermally enhanced, ultra-compact 6x6mm package.With an integrated approach, the complete switching power stage is optimized with regard to driver and MOSFET dynamic performance, system inductance, and power MOSFET RDS(ON). XS™ DrMOS uses Fairchild's high-performance PowerTrench® MOSFET technology, which dramatically reduces switch ringing, eliminating the need for snubber circuit in most buck converter applications.A driver IC with reduced dead times and propagation delays further enhances the performance. A thermal warning function warns of a potential over-temperature situation. The FDMF6820A also incorporates a Skip Mode (SMOD#) for improved light-load efficiency. The FDMF6820A also provides a 3-state 3.3V PWM input for compatibility with a wide range of PWM controllers.
