For packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.The 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package includes H bridge to save money.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 4.5V~5.5V's supply voltage.H bridge circuit is mounted on Surface Mount.In order for -55°C~150°C TJ to function normally, motor driver H bridge needs to be kept at a certain temperature.Synchronous Buck Converters is pretty useful in a variety of applications.H gate is mounted on the PCB using Surface Mount.Bootstrap Circuit is one of full bridges specific characteristics.A transmission line is terminated with a H bridge that matches its characteristic impedance, referred to as a 40 termination.It is used as a pronged contact as H bridge ic of a signal interface when 40 pins are used.The base H bridge ic number of FDMF6704 can be used to find related H bridge ics.A voltage of 12V is used as the supply voltage.Electronic H-bridges of the XS? DrMOS series constitute this type of H-bridge.When the ambient temperature reaches 80A, the maximum load current of the power supply is reached.A current of 35A flows through the pins of the output and power supply.To ensure high efficiency, the operating supply voltage is maintained at 12V.The 2 drivers are integrated into the system.

The XS™ DrMOS family is Fairchild’s next-generation fullyoptimized, ultra-compact, integrated MOSFET plus driver power stage solutions for high current, high frequency synchronous buck DC-DC applications. The FDMF6704A XS™ DrMOS integrates a driver IC, two power MOSFETs and a bootstrap Schottky diode into a thermally enhanced, ultra compact 6 mm x 6 mm MLP package. With an integrated approach, the complete switching power stage is optimized with regards to driver and MOSFET dynamic performance, system inductance and RDS(ON). This greatly reduces the package parasitics and layout challenges associated with conventional discrete solutions. XS™ DrMOS uses Fairchild's high performance PowerTrench™ 5 MOSFET technology, which dramatically reduces ringing in synchronous buck converter applications. PowerTrench™ 5 can eliminate the need for a snubber circuit in buck converter applications. The driver IC incorporates advanced features such as SMOD for improved light load efficiency. A 5 V gate drive and an improved PCB interface optimized for a maximum low side FET exposed pad area, ensure higher performance. This product is compatible with the new Intel 6 mm x 6 mm DrMOS specification.
