The MAX® 7000 series is a highly versatile product with the additional feature of configurable I/O operation, allowing for operation with either 3.3V or 5V. With a peak reflow temperature of 220 degrees Celsius and a JESD-30 code of R-PQFP-G100, this product offers reliable and efficient performance. Although not yet qualified, the MAX® 7000 series has a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V and a propagation delay of 12ns. The JTAG BST feature is not included in this product. With a maximum seated height of 3.65mm and a length of 20mm, the MAX® 7000 series is a compact and adaptable solution for a variety of applications.
