There are 440 macro cells, which are cells in a mobile phone network that provides radio coverage served by a high-power cell site (tower, antenna or mast).TFBGAis the package in which it resides.There are 160 I/Os programmed in it.For high efficiency, the supply voltage should be maintained at [0].Data is stored using [0].This electronic part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.There are 256pins on it.This device operates at a voltage of 1.89V when the maximum supply voltage is applied.The device is designed to operate with a minimal supply voltage of 1.71VV.Currently, there are 160 Programmable I/Os available.In order to operate properly, the operating temperature should be higher than 0°C.A temperature lower than 85°Cis recommended for operation.There are 57 logic blocks (LABs) in its basic building block.Basic building blocks have 570logic elements.It is recommended that the maximal frequency be lower than 304MHz.Devices are equipped with a memory capacity of 1kBfor storing programs and data.
