The Surface Mount MicroMonitor™ series is a versatile and reliable option for monitoring moisture levels in various electronic devices. With a Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) of 1 (Unlimited), it can withstand any level of moisture without compromising its functionality. The output of this MicroMonitor™ is available in both Open Drain and Push-Pull options, providing flexibility for different applications. With 16 pins, it can easily be integrated into any circuit. The recommended minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this device is 4.5V, and the voltage threshold falls between 4.37V and 4.62V. It is designed to monitor a single voltage, and the maximum supply current (Isup) is 0.5mA. Its compact size of 7.5mm width makes it suitable for use in tight spaces.
