Description
DS1100Z-500 T Overview
In order to minimize costs, Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V makes reliable performance possible. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. This device has an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. 5 taps/steps are configured.
