Description
DS1100LZ-30 Overview
The product is packaged using Tube in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 3V~3.6V. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. This device has an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. 5 taps/steps are configured. In a wide range of applications, parts with the same base part number DS1100L are universally preferred. DUAL is the position of the terminals. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. When operating, 3.3V receives a supply voltage. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology. Delay Lines provides all the benefits of its subcategory. It is acceptable for it to operate with the minimum supply voltage of 3V. Providing a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V is acceptable. There is a mounting in the way of Surface Mount.
