Description
DS1020S-25 Overview
As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is able to eliminate the need for this. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. The technique of Surface Mount is employed as its mounting type. There is an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. The device has been configured with 256 taps and steps. DUAL is the position of the terminals. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 16 terminations. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 5V is provided. It is logically typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. It was developed using advanced CMOS technology. If the minimum supply voltage is 4.75V, it is acceptable for it to operate. With a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V, it is acceptable for it to operate. This is one of the key active components of the CMOS family of compounds.
