Description
DG444DY-T1-E3 Overview
The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, you'll find this switch device. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 1:1 represents the number of circuits. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. The total number of terminations is 16. A electrical component with 1 channels is capable of high-quality output. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. The electrical component body receives 16 pins. Circuits based on SPST - NC switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. Search with DG444 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. This digital multiplexer has 160Ohm internal resistance. For functions related to 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 36V. An effective Dual, Single supply digital multiplexer. A low voltage of 13V should be applied to the electronic component. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 5μA current. Put voltage above 1μA on the multiplexer to cause damage. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 22V. For dual power supplies, a voltage of at least 7V should be attached. As far as the outputs go, this switch multiplexer utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT of them. A voltage of 36V can be used to operate the electronic component. Among the inputs that can be operated are the 4 inputs. There is 50Ohm resistance between Drain and Source for this electronic part.
