It is necessary to supply this electrical device with a reverse leakage current of 3μA @ 9.1V.Reverse leakage current reaches a maximum of 3μA.In operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is set to 12V.The design flexibility of this device is extremely high since its zener current is 3μA.For the device to operate, the maximum forward voltage (Vf) 1.2V @ 200mA must be supplied.If you want this device to work properly, you should set the peak reverse voltage to 3μA.
