Description
The CY7B991 and CY7B992 Programmable Skew Clock Buffers (PSCB) are multipleoutput clock drivers that provide userselectable control over system clock functions. They offer the following features:
Selectable skew up to 18 ns
Inverted and noninverted outputs
Operation at input frequency, 2x input frequency, and 4x input frequency (input as low as 3.75 MHz)
Zero input to output delay
50% dutycycle outputs
Drive 500Ω terminated lines
Low operating current
32pin PLCC/LCC package
Jitter <200 ps peaktopeak (<25 ps RMS)
Compatible with Pentium™based processors
