Description
The CYPRESSPERFORMCY25701 is a programmable high-frequency crystal oscillator with spread spectrum (SSXO) and no spread spectrum (XO) options. It features a wide operating output clock frequency range of 10 to 166 MHz, programmable spread spectrum with a nominal 31.5 kHz modulation frequency, and an integrated phase-locked loop (PLL). The oscillator has a typical cycle-to-cycle jitter of 85 ps with SSCLK = 133 MHz and operates at 3.3 V. It is available in a 4-pin ceramic LCC SMD package and has an industrial temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C.
