Description
CY2308SXC-1 Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V.
