CSD95373BQ5MT Overview
In order to package H bridge, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.The 12-Power LFDFN package includes H bridge to save money.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V.In Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.Motor driver H bridge works normally at -55°C~150°C TJ's operating temperature.H bridge motor driver can be used for a variety of purposes, including Synchronous Buck Converters.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Surface Mount is used.In addH gateion to Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag, H gate has the following specific characteristics.12 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedances.Signal interfaces include 12 pins that serve as pronged contacts.The CSD95373 base H bridge ic number is the key to finding more related H bridge ics.H bridge circuit contains an analog IC type DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER.The H-bridge is an electronic H-bridge of the NexFET? series.A power source can supply a maximum load current of 67A when the ambient temperature is specified.
