16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) cases contain the product.If Tape & Reel (TR) happens, pack the equipment accordingly.Multivibrator is recommended to mount Multivibrator on a Surface Mount-axis.There are two logic types for this part, Logic Type A and Logic Type B.Multivibrator is supplied votage wMultivibratorhin 3V~15V.This electrical component is included in the 4000B series.There is a minimum operating temperature that cannot be exceeded by this part.Multivibrator causes 8.8mA 8.8mA low,high output current.The total number of terminations is 16.There is no problem with the device handling the 5V voltage.Data and clock inputs are provided through 2 inputs.There are a total of ten 16 pins on the part.The 4000/14000/40000 family is responsible for it.Multivibrator is necessary to have a higher minimum supply voltage than 3V.For the chip to operate properly, a voltage supply of 15V volts needs to be provided to it.
