As a RF transceiver's mounting method, Surface Mount is used.It emerges as a TxRx MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).64 pins are present on the transceiver RF circuit board.Look for transceiver variants by searching with CC3220.The RF transceiver that you are looking at comes from our well-known SimpleLink™ series product line.The system operates at a frequency of 2.4GHz.
