SILICONE CHEM ETCH FLEX HEATER
C3200 Series Silicone Chemically-etched Flexible Heater, 110 V, 0,78 W/cm² [5 W/in²] Watt Density, 160 W Total Wattage, 75.6 Ohm Resistance, 203,2 mm L x 101,6 mm W [8 in x 4 in W] The C3200 Series Silicone Chemically-etched Flexible Heaters contain resistive foil traces encased between two layers of fiberglass-supported silicone rubber. The silicone/resistive foil components are bonded together using temperature and pressure. Heater trace patterns are specific to customer requirements and are generated similar to the processes used in printed circuit board design and manufacture. The C3200 Series may also be bonded to other system parts or combined with other Honeywell thermal products such as thermostats, RTDs (Resistive Temperature Devices) or thermistors. These heaters are often used in applications where multiple watt densities or varying trace geometries are required.
