Description
BYT54M-TR Overview
Phase diode rectifier is reasonable to reverse the voltage to 1kV.This device's average rectified current is zero volts.A forward current of 1.25A is allowed.As for rectifiers current rating, rectifier is 1.25A, which is the maximum current a fuse can carry wrectifierhout too much degradation.Surge currents are limited to 30A.In terms of output current, the maximum value is 0.75A.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 5μA, as shown in the data chart.
