BQ78PL114RGZT Overview
48-VFQFN Exposed Pad is the appropriate package for battery instrument. This power IC uses an analog IC called POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT. A total of 4 channels are available. 48 pins are present on it. The smart tools battery is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. The voltage supply for this electric component should not be less than 2.3V volts. There is a mounting point for this electronic component in the direction of Surface Mount. In order for this power management IC to function correctly, the supplied voltage can't exceed 4.5V volts. A Battery Monitor function can be delivered by battery instrument. It is best for the electric part to operate temperature at the range of -40°C~85°C TA to deliver its performance. The battery chemistry of this electronic component includes Lithium-Ion. Keep in mind that this battery management IC should be set to 2.7V at all times. The model is based on the BQ78PL114 family. In this case, PowerLAN™, PowerPump™ represents the series number of the battery protection IC. Power can be supplied under 4.5V to the electronic battery input voltage.
