Description
BAV16W-7-F Overview
For real power, it is rated at 400mW, while apparent power is expressed in watts.Phase diode rectifier is reasonable to reverse the voltage to 100V.This device's average rectified current is zero volts.In addition to its primary function, this electronic or electrical device generates no heat.A forward current of 300mA is allowed.As for rectifiers current rating, rectifier is 150mA, which is the maximum current a fuse can carry wrectifierhout too much degradation.Surge currents are limited to 2A.A 2pF value can be delivered based on the capacitance.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 1μA, as shown in the data chart.
