Reverse leakage current is maximally zero volts with this device.This device's average rectified current is zero volts.In addition to its primary function, this electronic or electrical device generates no heat.A forward current of 100mA is allowed.There is no 225mW heat loss (energy loss) from electronic or electrical devices.As for rectifiers current rating, rectifier is 100mA, which is the maximum current a fuse can carry wrectifierhout too much degradation.A 1.5pF value can be delivered based on the capacitance.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 2.5μA, as shown in the data chart.Diodes define their breakdown voltage as the maximum reverse voltage that can be applied without increasing leakage current exponentially, and the breakdown voltage of a diode is 70V.
