B59980C120A70 Overview
In order to prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, these devices are packaged in Radial packages. A PTC thermistor should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. It is important that the operation temperature of this thermistor does not exceed 125°C. The terminations of the PTC thermistor are 2. The thermistor consists of 2 pins. It is possible that PTC thermistors operate at 80V voltage. These PTC thermistors are designed to operate at 1A current. In order to prevent overheating of PTC thermistors, the current should not exceed 1A. The maximum voltage that can be supplied by this thermistor should be 80V in order to achieve reliable performance.
