Description
The AP2141D and AP2151D are integrated high-side power switches optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) and other hot-swap applications. They comply with USB 2.0 and are available with both polarities of Enable input. These devices offer current and thermal limiting, short circuit protection, controlled rise time, and undervoltage lockout functionality. A 7ms deglitch capability on the open-drain Flag output prevents false over-current reporting without requiring external components.
