The AP1017AEN is a 1-channel H-bridge motor driver designed for an operating voltage of 12V. It utilizes N-channel LDMOS FETs for both high and low sides of the output circuit, enabling it to drive various small motors. The device features an under voltage lock out (UVLO) circuit and a thermal shut down (TSD) circuit for enhanced protection.
