Description
The ADN2850 is a dual-channel, nonvolatile memory, digitally controlled resistor with 1024-step resolution. It offers a guaranteed maximum low resistor tolerance error of ±8% and a low temperature coefficient of 35 ppm/°C. The device can operate with a single supply voltage of 2.7 V to 5 V or a dual supply voltage of ±2.5 V.
The ADN2850 has a versatile programming interface that allows for 16 modes of operation and adjustment. These modes include scratchpad programming, memory storing and restoring, increment/decrement, ±6 dB/step log taper adjustment, wiper setting readback, and extra EEMEM for user-defined information.
The ADN2850 is available in a 5 mm x 5 mm 16-lead frame chip scale LFCSP and a thin, 16-lead TSSOP package. It is guaranteed to operate over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
