The ADM8690/ADM8691/ADM8692/ADM8693/ADM8695 are microprocessor supervisory circuits that provide power-on reset, battery backup switching, watchdog timer, and voltage monitoring functions. They are designed for use in microprocessor systems, computers, controllers, intelligent instruments, and automotive systems.

Reset assertion down to 1 V Voc
Low switch on resistance (0.72 normal, 72 in backup)
High current drive (100 mA)
Watchdog timer: 100 ms, 1.6 s, or adjustable

Extremely fast gating of chip enable signals (3 ns)
Voltage monitor for power fail
