ADG1439BRUZ Overview
Due to its 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tube. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 4:1. Temperatures around -40°C~125°C TA are extended for operation. Total terminations are 20. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 4 channels. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 5V voltage supply. It is part of the design of the 20 series that this electronic component is included. These analog multiplexers are built based on SP4T switching circuits. There are 2 circuits in this switch device. Try searching with ADG1439 if you're looking for variants. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 11.5Ohm. You can find the functions of the 20 pins in the datasheets.
