Description
The ADF4360-6 is an integrated integer-N synthesizer and voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) designed for a center frequency of 1150 MHz. It features a divide-by-2 option, providing an RF output range of 525 MHz to 625 MHz. The device is controlled via a simple 3-wire interface and operates with a power supply ranging from 3.0 V to 3.6 V. It includes hardware and software power-down modes for energy efficiency.
