Description
The ADF43604 is an integrated integerN synthesizer and voltagecontrolled oscillator (VCO) designed for a center frequency of 1600 MHz. It features a divideby2 option, allowing for an RF output range of 725 MHz to 875 MHz. The device is controlled via a simple 3wire interface and operates with a power supply ranging from 3.0 V to 3.6 V. It includes hardware and software powerdown modes for energy efficiency.
