ADF4153BCP-REEL7 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS. There is a maximum frequency of 4GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 2.7V. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.7V~3.3V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with Clock logic levels. This electronic component is usually classified as a Fractional N Synthesizer (RF) component. The clock-generating IC is a 20-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors.

The ADF4153 is a fractional-N frequency synthesizer that implements local oscillators in the up conversion and down conversion sections of wireless receivers and transmitters. It consists of a low noise digital phase frequency detector (PFD), a precision charge pump, and a programmable reference divider. There is a Sigma -Lambda based fractional interpolator to allow programmable fractional-N division. The INT, FRAC, and MOD registers define an overall N divider (N = (INT (FRAC/MOD))). In addition, the 4-bit reference counter (R counter) allows selectable REFIN frequencies at the PFD input. A complete phase- locked loop (PLL) can be implemented if the synthesizer is used with an external loop filter and a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). A simple 3-wire interface controls all on-chip registers. The device operates with a power supply ranging from 2.7 V to 3.3 V and can be powered down when not in use.
