Overview

Description
The ADF4007 is a high-frequency divider/PLL synthesizer designed for various communications applications. It operates up to 7.5 GHz on the RF side and 120 MHz at the PFD. The device comprises a low-noise digital PFD, a precision charge pump, and a divider/prescaler. The divider/prescaler value can be set to 8, 16, 32, or 64 via external control pins. The reference divider is fixed at 2, allowing an external REF1 frequency of up to 240 MHz.
