ADE7858AACPZ Overview
Trayipped up in a box. An example of a 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is shown below. It can also be used as a 3 Phase meter. Currently available in Surface Mount. As a result of -40°C~85°C, a higher operational temperature is reached. Power is supplied by 2.8V~3.7V power supply, which allows it to operate. See more similar parts on ADE7858. Its low-level I/O has a voltage of 0.4V 0.8V. For high-level I/Os, this device presents a voltage of 2V 2.4V. The part has 40 terminations. The PMIC analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC is a powerful and versatile device. It is normal for the part to require 3.3V volts. Users should be noted that this device requires 2.97V or higher voltage to start up. In order to prevent damage to the device, it is important to keep the maximum voltage below 3.63V.
