Description
The AD9748 is an 8-bit, 210 MSPS TXDAC® D/A converter. It is a high-performance member of the pin-compatible TXDAC product family. The AD9748 offers exceptional linearity with 0.1 LSB DNL and 0.1 LSB INL. It supports both twos complement and straight binary data formats and features differential current outputs ranging from 2 mA to 20 mA. The AD9748 has a power dissipation of 135 mW at 3.3 V and a power-down mode that reduces standby power dissipation to 15 mW at 3.3 V. It also includes an on-chip 1.20 V reference and CMOS-compatible digital interface.
